A lot of these things are lessons ive been told to pay close attention to. Especially this passed year. I learned a ridiculous amount of valuable information that most corporations, would never dream about telling you. WHY? its quite simple. When you work for people who truly believe in the potential you have, your product is more than a product, it becomes a item of which you and your fellow team believe in 100%. The difference in having people believe in your efforts, and those that only notice your efforts, is that the belief is motivation, not only for you, but for the people you chose to surround your self with. I have said this before and ill say it again, Surround yourself with those that recognize the things in you that others never take time to even notice at all.

I like feeling good. Especially with good music.Good company. and good conversation.
Good conversation is key to keeping someone interested. Or at least that's how i feel. A lot of times i seem to find my self zoning out of less interesting convo's im having and paying more attention to what's going on behind the person in front of me!. i know its bad however people with no substance are just people with no substance. Its as if they're kind of empty and lacking any traits other than perhaps the physical, that keep me engaged into what they have to say or what their opinions are on certain things. For example, i could have an honest conversation about....... blankets. YES, blankets, and depending on how well the other person can carry the convo, I could be really in tuned to what they have to say about "blankets" or anything for that matter. The reason im talkng about this situation, is after a few weeks of concersation, it hit me. It's not always me at fault, when things get sour, I can honestly say it's the lack of substance with in the opposing person that i find to be quite apearant. Now im not saying im the MOST interesting peron, how ever, i will say i do have some pretty interesting things to say, especially to people who do have substance, and are filled with questions, and theory's and stories of "what if's" And to theose people, i just want to let you know that, i hear yall! im right around the corner! ahah I guess you could call me a "substance abuser" not in the sense of drugs or alcohol, but more in the way's of using my curiosity to help me find more people i can get along with. Not to say that the people i have now lack substance, but to ay that im pretty damn sure there are loads and loads of people in this world, who do carry quite a bit of "substance" with them wrapped in a little tiny zip lock bag. I guess what im trying to say is, let's not be "cool hunter's", but more of the "cool hunted"

Have not bloggged in a long time!, been pretty busy just enjoying my life away from the computer screen and white keyboard! But i do have some pretty event full news! Around this time tomorrow i should have been in San Fransisco with all of my family, including my family from Australia, and all over California, and Texas. Instead im here chillen, in the snow, yep thats right SNOW! Its snowing in houston texas as i type! pretty cool, so in a way i guess its bitter sweet, considering that even though all my family is laughing , and telling jokes, singing karaoke, eating, and just enjoying eachother's company, i'm at home, tending to my pop's, who's condition doesnt get any better in freezing weather. But hey, i guess were spending "quality" time. Life's not fair. It really isn't these passed teo weeks i really got to find that out, wether its in your everyday life as you go in and out of the places you see on a daily, or in your relationships you hold with people. It has never been fair. The lyric's i posted above are from "LA Roux" entitled "bullet proof". At times we feel that we really are invinceable, and that not even the highest caliber of bullets can shoot us off of our cloud. Truth is.... life wasn't intended to always be so good, instead its purposely made for its highs and lows. why? i'll tell you why haha, its like this, in order to help us to remeber and take hold of the "good times" we are havin, and to not treat everyday like its the same. "Same shit, different day" right? in a sense of course, but in reality no day is the same day. Its what you make of it, that makes the biggest difference. SO, with that being said, my goal for this year is.... to try and stay bullet proof.
